Delivery

Packages are sent via Royalmail Special Delivery. Standard UK and overseas deliveries are sent via Royal Mail. Delivery times within the UK are usually 3-5 working days. Standard overseas deliveries, depending upon how distant, usually take 7 - 14 days sent via Royalmail.

Please note that whilst we endeavour to deliver within these timescales, delays beyond our control can occur during transit. An international parcel is not classed as lost with Royal Mail until 21 working days after posting. We ask that such time is allowed before contacting customer services and reporting your order lost.

  • I understand that by ordering this product I am agreeing to use it as directed, and that if I do not, negative reactions may occur; including but not limited to permanent scaring or discoloration.
  • I agree to purchase the kit appropriate for my skin pigmentation & understand that use of the wrong kit may have adverse reactions.
  • I understand that tattooremovalcream.co.uk is not responsible for any adverse or negative reactions that occur due to misuse of the product.
  • I understand that by purchasing this product and agreeing to the Terms & Conditions listed, that I am stating I am 18 years of age or older.
  • Product may cause skin discoloration on some people.  If this occurs, discontinue use of the product and skin will return to its normal color. Then contact customer service for further instructions. (Note - Product may cause skin in the area of the tattoo to fade to a lighter tone than it was originally.)
  • Redness or minor skin irritation may occur. If this happens, temporarily discontinue use until skin clears up. Then retry using a smaller amount of the product. If irritation still continues or worsens, discontinue use and contact customer service for further instructions.
  • Product is for external use only.
  • We offer a 7 days returns policy any returns after 7days will not be refunded due to product being a medical product and cant be resold.
  • Not for use on face or genitals.
  • If swallowed seek medical help or contact poison control immediately.
  • These claims and products have not been tested or approved by the FDA, nor are they intended as a cure or treatment for any disease.
