How much cream will I need?
It all depends.... We usually say for a small tattoo we suggest 6-9 month supply,  for a medium sized tattoo 9 months and for a large tattoo or more than 1 tattoo 12+ months or more supply.  Also it depends on the colouring of the tattoo.  Green and red are the most difficult colours to remove.  So therefore, if you have alot of green and red in your tattoo, this could take a longer process.   If in any doubt, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to advise you.

I have sensitive skin, will this cream react with my skin?
We advise all of our customers to carry out a skin test before using the cream.  This is done by applying a small amount of cream on your forearm and if within 24 hours there is no reaction to your skin, then we would suggest this is safe to use.

Can The Cream Be Used On Eyebrow or Semi Permanent Tattoos?  
Yes the cream will remove your unwanted semi permanent or permanent eyebrow tattoos we recommend a 6 months’ supply for this.

Can the cream Be Used on Black Dark or Oriental Skin? 
Yes the cream can be used to remove your tattoo no matter what colour skin you have this is due to all tattoos and done in the same way and located in the same place of your skin.

How Soon after Getting A tattoo Done Can I Use the Cream?
You can start using the cream once the scabbing has fallen off your tattoo this is usually 7-10 days after getting your tattoo done  

I’m having or Had Laser Treatment Can I use This Cream?  
Yes you can use this cream even if you are having or had laser treatment, your cream will remove the rest of the tattoo that laser treatment couldn’t. 

I Have a Tattoo that is Red and Blue Can this cream remove coloured tattoos that Laser treatment cant?   Yes this cream will remove your tattoo no matter what colour however blues reds and greens do take on average of 20%-30% longer to remove so please order a larger amount.

Can I still tan and go in the sun whilst using the cream?
Yes you may expose the treated areas to the sun.  The cream will not prevent your skin from tanning.  However please bear in mind, the cream does not contain suncreen.

Can you use the cream whilst pregnant?
Yes you can use the cream whilst pregnant.


Will the cream leave any scars or marks behind?
No, the cream will not scar or leave any marks behind unlike laser treatment.
Is the cream painfull You wont feel a thing as it does not contain any harmful chemicals.
 
 
Can the cream be used on Black skin?
Yes,  the cream can be used on all colours of skin

Can you send me a sample or trial of the cream before I purchase the real thing?
Unfortunately no we cannot offer any sort of free sample. This is due to the lengthy process that it can take for a tattoo to fade.   We usually say it can take up to 8 weeks before you start noticing the results, and we cannot afford to send out samples like that.

Can I get a Tattoo in the same place as the old one?
Yes you can. The cream will not effect the area where the tattoo was.

Can I purchase the cream in a high street store?
Unfortunately no, we are an online company only.  However in the future when we have more funding we may look into funding our products into high street stores.
